Phil McKewin of the Personal Empowerment Institute and creator of Authentic Power, is bringing a series of self-empowerment workshops to Maitland.
The workshops focus on understanding your feelings and expanding your quality of life by dealing with problems otherwise suppressed, either consciously or sub-consciously.
Mr McKewin has studied extensively the effects of self harming behaviour and dedicated his life to teaching people how to enhance relationships and discover their true essence as an individual.
